David is a football scout, coach, and player agent based in Europe with a network of football people in Australia and Ireland looking for the next top young talents.

David was instrumental in developing the private football academy called the Football Centre of Excellence. David has a wealth of experience in football throughout Europe. David has spent time with some of the best Managers and Coaches in the game: Graham Taylor, Pat Rice, Luther Blisset, Tim Sherwood, Frank de Boer, Ray Wilkins, Greg Ryan just to mention a few.

David has a critical understanding of what it takes a player to secure and maintain a professional contract in Europe. He has first hand experience of the most difficult times a player may go through in order to achieve the goal of becoming a professional footballer. He understands the dedication, commitment and luck involved in a players career.

David spent much time at the world famous AJAX Youth Academy. Invited by then CEO Marteen Fountain and Technical Director Martin van Geel at the time David worked alongside AJAX and Dutch legends Arnold Muhren, Sonny Silooy, Vim Jonk, Frank de Boer, Brian Roy, Robin Pronk, Danny Blind and many more.

David gained priceless knowledge on how to scout, select and develop the best young talented footballers. Head of the AJAX Academy, Jan Olde Riekerink stated “the best clubs in the world want to learn the AJAX techniques and principles of youth development”.

David is one of only a few people that has managed to get inside the famous AJAX Academy and remains very close to the club.
